We strive to provide a comfortable environment where you'll feel confident in the level of dental care your child will receive. When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your child's dental treatment.

For your convenience, our patient forms are available for you to download. Feel free to print and fill out the forms and bring them with you to your first appointment. These documents require the use of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If it's not already installed on your computer, download it here.

Most new patient visits will consist of cleaning, any necessary x-rays and a thorough examination. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for your child's dental treatment. If your first visit is for a dental emergency, only the tooth in question will be addressed. Depending on the diagnosis, an additional appointment with adequate time may be necessary.

Working together, we can achieve a true partnership, with one common goal-keeping your child's smile beautiful and your child's teeth, gums and jaw joints healthy!

Payment is due at the time of service.

We are committed to providing quality and affordable dental health care. You have multiple options for payment available. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Care Credit payment plans, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We do not participate in any insurance programs, however there are several plans that allow us to submit claims for our patients, as a courtesy. For these plans we do accept copayment and assignment of benefits. Please call with any questions regarding these plans.
